Terms of Service

Impressions provides voice AI practice sessions, conversation scorecards, communication insights, and related coaching workflows for dating and social conversation practice.

Impressions is for practice, education, and self-improvement. It does not provide therapy, medical advice, legal advice, emergency support, or guaranteed dating results. Human coaches, if offered, are independent service providers or contractors unless stated otherwise.

You must be 18 or older to use Impressions.

You agree not to use Impressions to:

• Harass, threaten, manipulate, exploit, or deceive others.
• Generate explicit sexual, abusive, hateful, or illegal content.
• Train for stalking, coercion, or non-consensual behavior.
• Upload or share content that violates another person's rights.
• Reverse engineer, abuse, or overload the service.

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and comply with applicable laws.

By using voice practice features, you authorize Impressions and its service providers to process your voice input, transcripts, session data, and generated feedback to operate the service. Scorecards and insights are generated by software and may be inaccurate or incomplete.

If Impressions offers paid credits, subscriptions, or coaching sessions, pricing and terms will be shown before purchase. Purchases through the iOS app are processed through Apple's in-app purchase system and subject to Apple's terms. Paid features may include limits, expiration, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules described at purchase.

If coaching sessions are offered, availability, pricing, format, cancellation rules, and refund rules will be disclosed before booking. Coaches do not guarantee outcomes.

Impressions, including its software, branding, design, and generated product experience, is owned by us or our licensors. You retain rights to content you submit, subject to the license needed for us to operate and improve the service.

You grant Impressions a limited license to process, store, display, and use your submitted content, transcripts, and session data as needed to provide the service, maintain safety, troubleshoot issues, and improve the product according to the Privacy Policy.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that Impressions will be error-free, uninterrupted, accurate, or suitable for every user.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Impressions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or dating and social outcomes.

You may stop using Impressions at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or create risk for other users, the service, or the company.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the date above when changes are made.
